I first joined Blueprint in November 2007 and since then I have really been able to get to know everyone and I am able to call them my family. Just seeing so many young people on fire for Christ is just something amazing to see and I think that since joining they have made me feel so welcome and I feel like I’m at home.

Blueprint has transformed my life! I used to call myself a ‘Christian’ but I wasn’t wearing my badge, I wasn’t living it. I was the same as any other boy. At Blueprint Youth I met God and developed a REAL relationship with him! In the last 2 years I have defiantly changed, and day by day I am becoming the man God wants me to be.

‘I have been going to city gates/blueprint now for about a year and a half and giving my life to Jesus was the best commitment I have made in my life. I come from a non-Christian background/household where I had little to look forward to. Now I know I have my place in heaven and I am continuing my walk with Jesus.’

I went to my first Blueprint Ignite camp this year, it was amazing! It was my first time ever so I hadn’t a clue about what the upcoming week would be like! However, I can certainly say that I got more out of that week than I had expected! From the first day alone, I saw God really move within us a youth group and I could really hear him speaking to me throughout the week.

“Well I grew up in a Christian home, being dragged out of bed every Sunday by my mum led me to believe that this church life was nothing more than a chore. In 2007, due to my mums constant nagging, I went away on my church’s youth camp conference over in Wales.The last night was the most incredible night of my life, I met with God the Father for the very first time in such a powerful, indescribable and incomparable way and I’ve been pursuing him and his unfailing love ever since.”

BLUEPRINT FRIDAYS

I started coming about 3 years ago and ever since then I’ve grown SOO much in Christ. Because of youth on Fridays I’ve made so many friendships with people i never excpected I’d talk to and I’ve also built bonds with the leaders who help with my walk with Christ. There’s always so much going on I don’t know how my Friday nights would be without God in the picture!
